Deliveries
All orders are dispatched by Australia Post and delivered during normal business hours.
Freight Policy
The freight rates at Luminous Lifestyles have been standardised by Australia Post based on the weight of each order and by the location of your delivery. With our operating system and online ordering website the freight rate is automatically calculated when placing your order.
Credits and Returns
No credit will be processed unless:
1. The goods were supplied in error
2. The goods were damaged
3. The goods are passed the used by date on delivery
The goods that are claimed to be damaged or passed the used by date will require a photo to be submitted with the claim form as part of the claim.
When an error has occurred in the ordering of goods by the customer, then the return freight will be the responsibility of the customer
All goods that are to be credited or returned are to be claimed within 2 working days of delivery. The goods must be accompanied by an approved RETURN AUTHORITY NUMBER which can be obtained by contacting Luminous Lifestyles customer service. Arrangements will then be made with our customer service team for the prepared return of goods.
Once the goods have been returned and the claim has been approved, then an adjustment will be issued by a Luminous Lifestyle accounts manager.
Subscribers to You are The Remedy Facebook Group will not be credited half or full month's payment due to unsubscribing.
Special Orders
We generally do not provide special orders, however, should you have a significant request please contact Luminous Lifestyles Customer Service.
Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Luminous Lifestyles reserve’s the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Products or Services
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Jurisdiction
The applicant acknowledges and agrees that this membership agreement shall be
governed by the laws of New South Wales, and the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia which are in force in New South Wales. The parties to this agreement submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the relevant federal courts and courts competent to hear appeals from those courts.

Cancellation Policy
If a member chooses not to renew their membership then we are happy to acknowledge receipt of your cancellation request via email, fax, phone or in writing. Cancellations must be received 7 days prior to your next payment date for your autopay to be stopped.
