No credit will be processed unless:

  • The goods were supplied in error
  • The goods were damaged
  • The goods are passed the used by date on delivery

[/dt_vc_list][vc_column_text]The goods that are claimed to be damaged or passed the used by date will require a photo to be submitted with the claim form as part of the claim.

When an error has occurred in the ordering of goods by the customer, then the return freight will be the responsibility of the customer.

All goods that are to be credited or returned are to be claimed within 2 working days of delivery. The goods must be accompanied by an approved RETURN AUTHORITY NUMBER which can be obtained by contacting Luminous Lifestyles customer service. Arrangements will then be made with our customer service team for the prepared return of goods.

Once the goods have been returned and the claim has been approved, then an adjustment will be issued by a Luminous Lifestyle accounts manager.[/vc_column_text][ultimate_spacer height="30"][/vc_column][/vc_row]
